We are committed to closing the digital divide through inclusive programs that drive socioeconomic mobility. By equipping underserved communities with transformative skills, we turn educational opportunity into a sustainable reality.
In partnership with Escondida BHP, we provided full scholarships to over 50 students from underserved communities in the Antofagasta region for our professional front-end development program. This intensive, four-week course equipped them with the in-demand programming skills needed for a career in technology.
Since 2022, we have implemented comprehensive professional training programs in Java Full-stack and socio-emotional skills for 270 young people (ages 18-24) from vulnerable socioeconomic groups, with 60% of participants being women.
In partnership with Sonda, we developed two Full-stack programs: C# and Java. A total of 80 students received 100% scholarships, giving them the opportunity to become developers ready to enter the job market.

Our program trains cybersecurity specialists with an ethical and social focus. We ensure the protection of critical infrastructure and the privacy of those who need it most, thereby reducing digital divides in at-risk communities.
