Accenture + Forge Foundation: Full-stack Java and comprehensive skills
Since 2022, we have partnered with Accenture and Forge Foundation to deliver transformative training programs. These initiatives develop both technical skills, like full-stack Java, and essential soft skills to provide a complete educational experience. This powerful opportunity has already benefited over 270 young people, 60% of whom are women, from vulnerable backgrounds between the ages of 18 and 24.
Regional expansion with Forge Foundation: training across seven countries
Since 2021, our work with Forge Foundation has impacted 899 students in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Uruguay. We offer programs in high-demand technologies like AWS cloud computing, full-stack Java, and full-stack Python. These programs are designed for at-risk youth, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in the IT sector.

Technical education for social change
MC Foundation and the transformation of technical-professional education
In collaboration with MC Foundation in Chile, we are redefining the future for students in technical-professional schools. Since 2022, we’ve launched a program to train 100 students in Python Full-Stack, combined with socio-emotional and employability skills. This effort is taking place in Chilean schools such as Institutos Cumbres de Cóndores Poniente y Oriente, Arturo Matte Larraín, Complejo Educacional Príncipe de Gales (Nueva Imperial), Liceo Andrés Bello (Puerto Montt), Instituto Comercial Osorno, and Colegio San Lorenzo.
Our ambitious goal is to reach 1,000 students in four years, providing them with the necessary tools to become full-stack web developers ready for the challenges of the job market.
