In partnership with Escondida BHP<\/strong>, we provided full scholarships to over 50 students<\/strong> from underserved communities in the Antofagasta region for our professional front-end development program<\/strong>. This intensive, four-week course equipped them with the in-demand programming skills needed for a career in technology.<\/p>\n

Since 2022, we have implemented comprehensive professional training programs in Java Full-stack<\/b> and socio-emotional skills for 270 young people<\/strong> (ages 18-24) from vulnerable socioeconomic groups, with 60% of participants being women<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
