Since 2022, we have partnered with Accenture and Forge Foundation to deliver transformative training programs. These initiatives develop both technical skills, like full-stack Java, and essential soft skills to provide a complete educational experience. This powerful opportunity has already benefited over 270 young people, 60% of whom are women,<\/strong> from vulnerable backgrounds between the ages of 18 and 24.<\/p>\n

Since 2021, our work with Forge Foundation has impacted 899 students in Chile, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, Costa Rica, Argentina, and Uruguay<\/strong>. These programs are designed for at-risk youth, providing a solid foundation for a successful career in the IT sector.<\/p>\n

In collaboration with MC Foundation<\/b> in Chile, we are redefining the future for students in technical-professional schools. Since 2022, we’ve launched a program to train 100 students in Python Full-Stack<\/b>, combined with socio-emotional and employability skills. This effort is taking place in Chilean schools such as Institutos Cumbres de C\u00f3ndores Poniente y Oriente, Arturo Matte Larra\u00edn, Complejo Educacional Pr\u00edncipe de Gales (Nueva Imperial), Liceo Andr\u00e9s Bello (Puerto Montt), Instituto Comercial Osorno, and Colegio San Lorenzo.<\/p>\n

Our ambitious goal is to reach 1,000 students in four years<\/b>, providing them with the necessary tools to become full-stack web developers ready for the challenges of the job market.<\/p>\n
